Amapiano singer Lady Du has been put on blast by musician and rapper Reign Racks (real name Pule Tlale) for her lack of support when he was ill.
Racks, who is also a musician and has collaborated with Cassper Nyovest and Du as well, shared a video on TikTok, calling out the singer for not visiting him when he was hospitalised with TB (Tuberculosis).
“She’s completely lame to me. I don’t care what happens to her, I couldn’t care less. This Lady Du of yours, even if she sees this video, don’t talk to me. Walk past me and act like you don’t know me because we are done,” he said.

He alleged that the singer failed to check up on her or call him when he was in hospital after he was genuinely towards her prior to his illness.
“You know she didn’t even call me once when I was fighting TB. She didn’t even come to check up on me in the hospital,” he said.
Du has not addressed the claims since the video was released on social media.
Prior to putting Du on blast, the rapper opened up about his battle with TB and shared that before he was diagnosed with the disease, he thought it was just a minor cough.
“Gents, you know I had TB, I was down. I disappeared for months because I was dealing with TB.
“I had the flu, or I thought it was the flu. A month goes by, and I’m like, ‘I’m still coughing, what’s going on?” he said.
He added that he went to a doctor, who gave him the normal flu medicine; however, it wasn’t until he went to the hospital and an X-ray was conducted, which revealed that he had TB.
He disclosed that he experienced significant weight loss while fighting the illness.
He purposely stayed out of the public eye, explaining that he did not want to be seen because of his appearance.
The rapper revealed that he is sharing the video for awareness because when he was doing his research about TB, he found out that there isn’t much awareness about it on social media.
