Two killed, four injured after blast at shooting range in Georgian capital

TBILISI, April 7 (Xinhua) — At least two people were killed and four others injured after an explosion occurred at a shooting range in the Georgian capital Tbilisi, authorities said on Sunday.
The explosion took place in the private shooting range named “Battleground” on Bochormi Street in Tbilisi, the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs said, adding that the wounded had been taken to hospitals by emergency medical aid teams.
According to preliminary information, the blast was caused by a gas cylinder explosion, TASS news agency reported earlier, citing the Mtavari Arkhi television company in Georgia.
The report said video footage distributed by the television company shows clouds of black smoke from the surrounding areas, adding that firefighters, police officers and rescuers were working at the site. Enditem
